Processing takes a long time – is that normal?
Large files, many pages, or OCR can take several minutes, especially on older devices. Keep the app open during processing and do not interrupt it in the middle of the export phase.
Does the app work online or offline?
All features run on your iPhone or iPad. No internet connection is required, and your PDFs and images are not uploaded to any server.
Where are my files processed?
Processing happens locally on the device. Files do not leave the app unless you share them yourself or export them to a folder you choose.
