Compare like with like
Check which weekly target and time tracking model applied to each period. Teaching units and other work may be shown separately in a teaching-load model. A gap between target and recorded time is a figure within your settings, not an automatic claim for paid overtime.
Look beyond the total
Category breakdowns can show whether planning, grading or meetings account for a growing share of your time. Choose a date range that makes sense for the question you are asking, and remember that leave or a change in role can affect comparisons.
Export a useful record
PDF reports are readable as a personal record. CSV exports let you inspect the figures further in a spreadsheet. The app also offers charts and weekly details for day-to-day review.
