Android: LehrerZeit and LehrerZeit: Tools

This Android supplement is provided in English for the selected website language.

• Scope and provider: These notes apply to the Android versions of LehrerZeit and LehrerZeit: Tools. The provider is Mario Koopke, dacoder.eu; full contact details are in the legal notice. Apple versions use the Apple agreement linked below.
• Use and licence: The apps help teachers organise their work. You receive a non-exclusive right to use the respective app. The Android apps have separate Play products and data storage; a Play purchase in one app does not automatically unlock the other. Separately agreed school licences cover LehrerZeit, LehrerZeit Tools, or both apps as a bundle, depending on the selected product. A bundle code is intended for one teacher and allows up to three device activations per app. The code is activated separately in each app; expiry and licence status are managed centrally. Existing LehrerZeit codes do not gain Tools access through this change.
• Free trial and purchases: The seven-day app trial ends without automatically becoming a paid subscription. Premium features then require a valid entitlement. Google Play shows prices, billing periods and applicable offer terms before purchase. Purchases and restoration use the Google Play account used to buy the product.
• Subscriptions and one-time purchase: Monthly and annual subscriptions renew under the Play terms shown at purchase unless cancelled before the next renewal. Manage them in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions. The lifetime one-time purchase unlocks the associated premium features of this app indefinitely and has no recurring renewal. Cancellation or uninstalling does not automatically delete saved contents; uninstalling does not cancel a subscription.
• School data and backups: You are responsible for lawful inputs and school data-protection rules. Check recognised names and generated results. Optional Drive synchronisation includes changes and deletions and is not an archive of earlier versions. Local, cloud and exported copies are separate storage locations.
• Statutory rights and contact: Mandatory consumer rights, including statutory rights relating to defects, withdrawal and liability, remain unaffected. The Google Play rules shown also apply to payment handling, cancellation and any refunds. For support and questions contact support@dacoder.eu. The Privacy Policy describes data processing.
